SIZE & FIT

Hadley Smythe designs are created to contour and shape the body. Therefore both our swimsuits and bodywear are cut from fabrics with a little less stretch than you might be used to. This offers an especially flattering shape and is one of the things our clients love about our styles. We recommend checking our detailed size guide on each of our product pages to find your size. If you are in between sizes or have a larger bust or hip measurement, we recommend sizing up. With any further sizing questions, please email us at info@hadleysmythe.com or submit your query here.

GARMENT CARE

We recommend our swimwear to be hand washed in lukewarm water. Our bodywear and womenswear garments are dry-clean only. Please always check the garment care label before washing. 

SHIPPING

UK: £5 special delivery (delivered next working day)

Europe: £16 tracked & signed service (estimated delivery 7-10 working days)

Rest of the world: £22 tracked & signed service (estimated delivery 10-14 working days - shipping is from London, UK and shipping to some countries may take longer.). You will be responsible for any duties or taxes that your order incurs. 

How soon will you dispatch my order?

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from London, UK. If you require us to dispatch your order more quickly, please email us

 

RETURNS

We hope all our clients fall in love with their new Hadley Smythe garment. If for any reason an item not suitable, please contact us at info@hadleysmythe.com, or submit your query here to arrange your return. 

You may return your item/s within 14 days from the date they were received. 

In order to organise your return please read through the following information and then send us the details of your return via email. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The garment must be unworn, unmarked and in perfect condition.
  • Original tags must be in place, in their original positions, including the hygiene seal on swimwear and bodywear.
  • The garment must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The cost of postage for returning an item must be covered by you, and we highly recommend using a recorded postal service to ensure you have tracking and insurance.

When will I receive my refund?

If you have returned any item/s from an order and they are received in perfect, re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving the item/s. We are not able to refund you the cost of return postage.

EXCHANGES

If you need to request an exchange for an alternative size or style, we are very happy to help. 

How do I request an exchange?

Please email us to organise your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We will dispatch your new order upon receipt of the item/s you are returning. With any questions regarding an exchange, please contact us at info@hadleysmythe.com or submit your query here. 

PAYMENT

  • We accept most major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron. We also accept PayPal.
  • You will be advised by email if we cannot process your order because; authorisation of your payment failed or if there are any items on your order that are out of stock.
